I ordered a pair of glasses in a time crunch, and their two day shipping still came on time despite there being a delay. It ended up shipping a day late, but I received one day shipping at no extra charge as a result. They were also very responsive to my emails and the lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful. The only complaint I have was that my order status online never changed from the previous “on hold” status, so I was left concerned about not getting them in time, but it wasn’t really a huge deal, so 5 stars. The glasses are also good quality and came with a free case that I like a lot! They have a ton of options for frames and they’re VERY affordable.
