This was my first time dealing with a online eyewear company and it was a great experience. I accidently sent the wrong prescription received the glasses and called to make a complaint. They were so nice and corrected the problem right away, sent me a return label and i had the correct lenses in less then a week. Will continue to use KZFOO for all my glasses from now on!
