I was very happy with my first purchase of 4 pairs of eyeglasses. I didn't love one of the pairs and the return process was simple. Unfortunately, I lost one pair recently and wanted to reorder them. I was very happy to find that my previous order and prescription were saved under my account, making the reorder very simple!
