I ordered 2 pair of glasses. I had issues with applying my rewards credits, but the chat box was perfect to help me find out where to do that. It was not intuitive. The agent Katheryn was spot on with her help. So far I love my glasses and have ordered 6 before this order. Customer Service is helpful when I have called about applying the wrong tint I needed transition instead. I have NO reject glasses.
