Not only are the frames and lenses high quality, and the prices very reasonable, but their return/exchange program is extremely generous. I changed my mind on two pairs of glasses -- after I received them I decided I wanted a stronger prescription (magnification) than what I ordered. Not only did they send me replacements for free, but they sent me a shipping label so the glasses I already had would be donated to charity. Can't ask for better than that.
